Find approximate property lines and parcel boundaries on a GPS map. Search any parcel by address, APN / Parcel ID, owner name, or your current location.

AcreBound is a property line finder app for iPhone that shows approximate parcel boundaries over a satellite or standard map. You can tap any parcel to view its boundaries, APN, acreage, county, and other available details. The app is designed to help you quickly understand where approximate property boundaries are — whether you're at home researching a parcel or standing in the field.
Property line data is sourced from publicly available parcel records. Boundaries are shown as approximate lines based on those records. They may differ from a professional survey, official plats, deeds, or on-the-ground conditions.
The property line finder supports multiple search methods so you can find any parcel quickly. Search by address to find a specific property. Use the APN / Parcel ID search to look up a parcel directly by its assessor number. You can also search by owner name, city, county, ZIP code, coordinates, or simply tap the GPS button to search near your current location.
When you tap a parcel in AcreBound, you see a detailed parcel information screen. This includes the property address, APN / Parcel ID, county and state, acreage, coordinates, land use type, and owner information where available from public records. In AcreBound Pro, you also get mailing address where available, tax and assessed value where available, and sales history where available.
AcreBound Pro includes GPS Property Line Mode — a field tool that uses your device's GPS to estimate your distance and direction to the nearest approximate property line. It's useful for site visits, land navigation, and basic field orientation. GPS distance and boundaries are approximate. Always verify with official records and a licensed surveyor for legal decisions.
