See approximate property lines, nearby parcels, and GPS location on a map. Know your approximate position relative to land boundaries while outdoors.
Explore Land with AcreBoundImportant: Do not use AcreBound as a legal trespass or access determination tool. Always verify access rights and property boundaries with official sources and property owners before entering land.
When you're outdoors โ on foot, ATV, or in a vehicle โ it can be hard to know exactly which land parcel you're on or near. AcreBound gives outdoor users, hunters, hikers, and recreational land users a GPS property lines map that shows approximate parcel boundaries and your live GPS position at the same time.
AcreBound Pro includes GPS Property Line Mode, which estimates your distance and direction to the nearest approximate boundary line as you move. This is useful as a general orientation reference when exploring land, understanding parcel layouts, or planning access routes. It is not a legal boundary determination and should not be used to make access or trespass decisions.
When you tap a parcel on the map, AcreBound shows that parcel's details โ address, APN, acreage, and owner information where available. This can help you understand the land around you and identify who to contact for access information. Always contact property owners and verify access rights before entering private land.
AcreBound shows approximate property lines for informational reference only. These boundaries are based on publicly available parcel data and may not reflect actual, on-the-ground conditions. GPS accuracy and parcel data accuracy both have limitations.
Do not use AcreBound to determine whether you have legal access to or permission to enter any land. Always verify property ownership, access rights, and permission with the property owner, county records, or local authorities before entering private property. Trespassing laws vary by state. Consult an attorney or local authority if you are uncertain about access rights.
